*For Manager Certification: Student is responsible for bringing the required book and exam answer sheet to class. The ServSafe® Essentials 5th Edition book with exam answer sheet (ESX5) should be pre-ordered from ServSafe® at least 2 weeks prior to the class so that the student has enough time to review the material.
